1. Agreement
By using ADAGuard, you agree to these Terms. Age requirement: 18+.
2. Your Account
Provide valid email and password. Keep your password secure. You're responsible for all account activity.
One account per person.
3. Service Description
ADAGuard scans websites for accessibility issues against WCAG 2.2 and related standards.
We provide: Automated testing, compliance reports, VPAT/ACR pre-assessments, and monitoring. See Section 8 for what this service does not provide.
4. Acceptable Use
You may: Test websites you own or have permission to test.
You may not: Test without permission, conduct security testing, launch attacks, scrape data, use for illegal purposes, reverse engineer our platform, or abuse resources.
Violations result in account termination.
5. Pricing
Free: $0, 1 scan/month
Starter: $49/month
Professional: $129/month
Business: $249/month

Payment via Dodo Payments. Auto-renewal. Cancel anytime. 30 days notice for price changes.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel via Settings or email [email protected]. Takes effect at end of billing period.
30-day money-back guarantee: First-time subscribers only, within 30 days of first payment, no violations.
Refund to original payment method in 5-10 days. No partial refunds.
7. Intellectual Property
We own the platform. You own your data.
8. Disclaimers
ADAGuard does not provide legal advice, and use of ADAGuard does not guarantee compliance with the ADA, WCAG 2.2, Section 508, the European Accessibility Act (EAA), AODA, EN 301 549, or any other accessibility law or standard. ADAGuard does not provide liability protection.
Automated scanning identifies a subset of accessibility issues and cannot substitute for a full manual audit by a qualified accessibility professional. You are solely responsible for determining your organization's compliance obligations and for independently verifying any result before relying on it — including for legal, regulatory, or procurement purposes.
Service provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use at your own risk.
VPAT/ACR reports: VPAT/ACR output is a draft, automated pre-assessment, not a certification — there is no such thing as an officially "VPAT-certified" product or service. Criteria marked "Not Evaluated" require independent manual testing. You must not submit VPAT/ACR output for a procurement bid or represent it as a completed conformance audit without independent human review.
9. Liability
Maximum liability: $100 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will either party be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation does not apply to damages arising from a party's gross negligence, willful misconduct, or where prohibited by applicable law.
10. Termination
We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel anytime via Settings → Billing. Scan data is retained according to your plan's retention period after cancellation, then permanently deleted. Account deletion (Settings → Account) removes all data immediately and permanently.
11. Disputes
Governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
